I'm happy with it. I can easily walk quickly on it. Just remember, this isn't as big as a standard treadmill and if you're over 5'6 you may accidentally step on the edges too easily. I definitely couldn't run on this lol. Getting a good walk in, inside

It's exactly what I needed at my office to get my steps in. it does have a weight limit so if u need a higher weight limit, u may want to look at other brands. It has a large display that tells u the steps, calories burned and the remote is perfect to increase or decrease ur speed. I highly recommend this item.
