Sturdy & durable workout bench. Very easy to assemble & much easier to use. I can't tell you how many times we've moved it back & forth & up & down stairs. Wonderful to use for many exercises. It does fold , for storage convenience .

I thought I would have trouble with assembly or go through some headache but this is really easy to assemble Usually when something sounds to good to be true it probably is. But this is a wonderful work out bench for the cost.

Which is perfect for me at 5'2'. you do need to watch that the pins are in if you move it around, but I've only had the smaller one for leg thing come out. I bought this one since foldable but decided to leave it up for awhile since using for a program so not sure how that works.
