This is a good item to have at the office. The only thing I needed to adjust was the knob underneath for resistance. It comes with resistance bands that are easy to put on I find myself having to be near the counter though for balance support once in a while but not often. It does have some good resistance which is adjustable.

I use it when I'm watching tv I have a raised desk that allows me to exercise while studying. The bands are also pretty tight. It does make a little squeaking sound after you've been on it for over 30 minutes but not super annoying.

I bought this after seeing several ladies use this on social media lol I wanted a way to get steps in the morning without having to get fully dressed, put my shoes on, head out the door. It saves so much time to be able to jump on this thing first thing in the morning. Since I've done this, This is especially helpful on days when I work in the office and I sit most of the day. It's also a great workout,

I'll have to examine it to see if it is adjustable. It should be I think.

What I like is that it's small It's works like it should its does get heated when it's been use for a long t period of time. does squeak a little. Everything came included and did take a while to receive. All in all great for its price and easy to use.

Legs burn within the first 5 mins if you're not used to it. Getting used to working out arms at the same time, I feel like the bands could be a little shorter to increase the tension. Overall, I like it a lot! I do recommend and Seems heavy duty so far.
