I'm 6'3' so I bought the pro version. I've used it 10 15 times for 30 minutes per session. It seems solid snd well built. The seat slide is very smooth. The machine is very quiet. I've owned an elliptical for years, It provides an aerobic workout for so much of your body. Very happy with the purchase.

Resistance is strong enough for decent cardio, I'd say max is equivalent to a 7 on a Concept 2.

We ran into issues with this rower. it no longer reported to the control panel. they promptly sent me a new controller, but that did not resolve the issue. It turned out to be something deeper in the workings of the resistance mechanism because I later heard crackling noises in the rower when being pulled. Ultimately, Unfortunately, I had to buy a $20 box to return it because I assumed I wouldn't need to keep the box.
