I couldn't be happier with it. it was really easy to put together—no confusing instructions. The bench feels stable even under heavier lifts, and I really appreciate how adjustable it is. - RRonVerified BuyerRated 3 out of 5 stars2 weeks agoNot the most sturdy
Once I tried to do an exercise where my shoulders were on the bench, the bench fell. I'm only 135 pounds. So I don't think this would be great for heavy weight exercises.
