So far she really likes this model. The instructions were easy to read and the build seems durable well done. We haven't used the remote control yet but it did come with one. Good buy.

Comparing different vibration plates before choosing this one. It comes with detachable arm bands to tone your arms while using the plate. The remote is easy to use, I love the different programs built in! This feature makes it great for beginners such as myself, because I wasn't sure where to start. I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

Not sure of the overall benefits I have noticed.. but feels good to move. I can tell that it does affect my circulation at least somewhat because I get really itchy using it.
