This bench was easy to assemble with clear directions. just unfold and You can use this bench for a wide variety of exercises and can use the foot hold in several different positions. This is my favorite bench I've had thus far!

All you have to do is put the leg rest in, It comes made and folded, which is insanely helpful. This bench sits lower than my previous bench but this turned out to be extremely helpful with my hips on the bench press. I no longer have the ache and It feels very sturdy and super comfortable. It doesn't have a decline position but that is fine for me as I rarely ever used it on my previous bench.
