The whole unit is light enough that I can carry it single handedly from the bedroom to the living room. then move it back to storage afterward. Transporting it around the home takes no effort at all.

Was excited because I've been exercising more and taking better care of my body for the most part. I use this item on my low cardio days and recovery days. I can't say too much bad about the machine. I don't use the machine for exercises so that didn't matter to me anyway. I haven't done much research on the benefits of a vibrational plate for rest and recovery however I did notice that I felt a lot better after using the machine after one of my work outs that was extremely tough

It's helped my swollen knee pain relief. I've used it every day but a couple since I got it on Dec 10. the sounds went from barely hearing a vibration to hearing a knocking that everyone can hear. It started a week ago and has gotten louder.

Recently read something about vibration pads so I was intrigued to give it a try. It has been easy to use. The 10 minute time set seems reasonable to me. I don't think I would want to do it for longer. I keep a chair near to grab onto if needed. so I'm not sure about the results.

I'm still learning exercises for this machine but so far I'm impressed! I appreciate using this item to help my blood flow It's extremely easy to use and I never feel overwhelmed using it. The one thing I wished it had was the ability to remember where you were when you have to temporarily stop the machine. Currently you have to start over when stopping/starting.

The suction cups really help with the machine to not move. It goes pretty fast when you first start it and once it counts down it slow it's speed without you having to push the pause button or stop button it will stop on its own so you can get off. I have used it for exercise and it do help activate your muscles because your not only working out but also making sure you keep your balance so your using other muscles. and do lungs and uneven squats,
