Assembly was very easy with instructions provided. Has held up great with lots of use. Springs hold a lot of weight I'm glad I went with the handle, it's nice for added stability and varying exercises. Wide sturdy handle.

I've been using the exercise trampoline for a while now, I'm genuinely impressed with the results. It's become my go to for fun The low impact bouncing not only provides a great cardio workout but also gives my joints a break, which is a huge plus. The stability and and I feel secure while jumping. It's easy to assemble

I'm actually late putting this together, and put it together 2 weeks ago. It was so much easier than I thought it would be. nothing complex. 2 of us have been using it and it's very sturdy, doesn't take up much room. And it's a good workout.
