I use it while watching tv. and attach with Velcro. Comes with an extension wrap for larger body parts. and time. Red light gives a soothing warm feeling. Even has a vibration massage setting.

This red light wrist device vibrates and is relaxing. It's also nice on cold days to make my hands warmer! The whole thing is soft fabric. The only part that is hard is the control part.
