The bands that come with it seem lower quality but that's not why I bought it, lightweight, easy to move and at a great price, about all you could hope for

This bench is for my garage where I have limited space to exercise. and it is really not stable when the back is reclined it is not sturdy. This new bench is Really Good in all positions. it is light and easy to use very sturdy. I really like it and it is well worth having.
- YGYesi G.Verified BuyerRated 1 out of 5 stars2 weeks agoDecline poor
Pros: this bench is easy to assemble out of the box. and his light weight. It's easy to adjust the back pad up Cons: since the seat part does not adjust to accommodate different angles, you cannot comfortably use this bench for decline purposes. It's probably OK for doing ab crunches, I've tried maneuvering it several ways but it's not comfortable and not safe.
