This piece of equipment is lightweight It's adjustable to accommodate whatever physical level you happen to be at. I do belong to a gym but some days I don't feel like going. I do a few sets on this machine and feel like I've really accomplished something. I highly recommend it.

This workout equipment was very easy for me to put together. and straightforward it maybe took me 10 mins at most to assemble the entire thing. It is every sturdy and it didn't move scoot or move while I was using it. I will say it's effective for long term use. I can feel the burn every time I use it.
