Nice Quality
Assembled quickly using my electric drill to drive the Philips screws. lightly lacquered. The screw heads are recessed but remain visible if that matters to you. I am confident the table and Would be easy to sand down and /or paint if the need ever arose.

Very stable and will last
When my 3 yr old great nephew saw it he immediately sat down and it is strong and sturdy enough for rambunctious children. It will last him until he is too big then his little brother can take over. and not plastic

Sturdy, nice looking, good value
2year old granddaughter uses this daily to play tea party, drawing etc) perfect size for ages 1 5. I frequently sit in them, of course my legs do not fit under the table. and she really likes drawing and erasing. It's a great table chair set!

For 1 yr old
Bought this for our little grandson's first birthday. but he's having fun with it anyway. he can't pull out his own chair, but he sits and and having a ton of fun. It's holding up to his banging phase and will undoubtedly see him through many more phases to come. so they're clearly sturdy.

Worth every darn penny.
I bought this in the natural color for my 16 month old. It's very sturdy that I'm an adult and can sit on the chairs. The quality is superb. It's easy to assemble that I didn't need my husband on this one. We'll have this in our home for a very long time. Please don't shop around, just get it already.
