First off let me tell you this machine is everything i had asked for ane hoped it would be. Unfortunatly i tried to get replacement part but was told I had to replace the whole unit. It is a great piece of equipment, especially for the price. I wanted something sturdy for pull ups and I couldn't ask for anything better. Assembly was quick Each bolt, washer, or,

So far great functionality. Shipping 3 medium to large boxes that can be managed by a single person. Assembly allow 4 7 hours, needing two people to attach the pull up bar section as it was the last part to be assembled. The bolts are attached to pages that are broken into easy to follow steps, instructions were very clear. Things to consider find a plastic safe lubricant for the pulley system, best to apply this lube during the initial build. Some punch out holes may not have a clean cut requiring a file to slide safety attachments into place 4.

Easy to use products for the following reasons: SPORTS ROYALS has a clear installation video with detailed assembly instructions to guide you through the whole process You don't need the eletronic screw driver but your hands to tighten each part of the power rack the poducts include nearly every accessories you may need for workouts I personally tried my squad at 100 lbs and bench press at 60lbs, and the rack can really hold it!!

Excellent stability, The landmine attachment method is mediocre though. Cable system is sturdy enough and gives good options. It's a hunk of steel tubing more or less so not much to say, but the value proposition over other racks is enormous.

I was a little skeptical when I bought it, because I'm an expert level powerlifter. I wasn't sure it would hold 1000lbs on the rails I can say it has done both with ease. I have loaded this thing to the max and I don't see any type of metal failure or fatigue. and it moves very well. It only has one cable so you need to flies one side at a time , but honestly that's a big deal to me you get a better range that way anyway.
